A few days ago I posted about college hottie at the gym who busted me while listening to NKOTB's You've Got the Right Stuff. Since then a few people have asked what exactly is on my workout-playlist.
I was hesitant about telling them, I mean, the songs you choose can say a lot about the person you are. But I got to thinking...these are quality songs! What the heck do I have to be ashamed of? In fact, I'm pretty sure the majority of you have, at one time or another, grooved to at least ONE of these songs. So, you know what? I'm gunna share it with y'all. You can laugh, mock, poke-fun all you want, cause nothing makes me want to bust-a-move more than this playlist.
So without further ado, I present, my kick-ass playlist.
Wonder Woman - Theme Song
Sabotage - Beastie Boys
O.P.P - Naughty by Nature
Let's Dance - David Bowie
Maniac (Flashdance) - Michael Sembello
Like a Virgin - Madonna
It's none of your business - Salt-n-Pepa
Danger Zone - Kenny Loggins
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
Girls on Film - Duran Duran
Right Stuff - NKOTB
Walk This Way - Run DMC
Opposites Attract - Paula Abdul
Mo Money Mo Problems - The Notorious B.I.G
Kiss - Prince
Stretch down: Sunglasses at Night - Corey Hart
It's all about the music. Personally, I need something to fantasize about while running on the treadmill and this playlist seems to do the trick. I mean, hello?!? Joey McIntyre & Corey Hart?!? Yum city!

Please be advised: According to my friend, Gaje, wearing sunglasses at night impairs your ability to see where you're going ::gasp:: So if you're going to be as cool as Corey, please use caution.
What are your pump-up- songs?

You can't go wrong with Danger Zone.

I have several play lists... But the one I listen to for working out is the same my DH uses for running... Very upbeat music. I have:
Nena & Kim Wilde - Anyplace, Anywhere, Anytime.
Jan Wayne - Because the Night
Groove Coverage - Runaway / Poison
Evanescence - Bring Me to Life / Taking Over Me / My Last Breath
Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory (entire album)
Voltaire - The Vampire Club
I put it on shuffle repeat and go.

Seriously, this list needs 'Good Vibrations' by Marky Mark and His Funky Bunch. I don't workout, but if I did I would totally want Donny D on the backup. Drug free, so put the crack up.
Plus there's the whole Wahlberg brothers NKOTB tie-in to consider. Its a perfect fit for that Paula Abdul slot.
Can you feel it, baby? I can too.

Earn up to $3500/month just by taking simple surveys online!
I tried one of those online survey sites about 4 months ago that
say all you have to do is spend a couple of minutes filling out
some surveys and you will be making hundreds a day..... YEAH RIGHT, I didn't make anything.
I joined 7 of these stupid websites and I actually tried filling
out a couple of surveys on each site and they took forever then at
the end they wanted me to buy things or I couldn't complete the
survey.
These are complete scams so be aware!!! I couldn't believe they
were even allowed to sell such bogus products.
Then about 2 weeks ago I was watching the news and they had some
vice presidents and marketing managers of some major multi million
dollar companies talking about a site that they personally work
with to pay consumers for their opinion, A site that actually just
wants the "average Joe's" honest opinion on products and services
and is willing to pay big money to get them. for more information
